well I started back on this bulk and was doing 255 x 5, then the next week I did 275 x5, which was the highest I had ever gone. last week I got 295 x 5 for 3 sets. so this week I upped it again to 305 and got it again. I wanted to try 315, but I needed someone to help me lift the bar off, but since I didnt have a spotter I had to settle with 305
