Injuries (List Yours)

Hmm. . . Well I've had a bunch. Hope I can even remember them all.


1. When I was 4 I fell and had a wooden flute in my mouth and it went through the back of my throat. Almost got paralized. Got 10 stitches in the back of my throat. Blood everywhere!!! Dont remember it too much though.

2. Had a Hematoma aka blood clot in my left thigh. I was skateboarding and grinding on a rail that was held up by some bricks. I fell and landed my left thigh on a corner of the brick. Had a huge bruise that turned into a blood clot. Went to the doctor. They tried to get the fluid out with a huge ass needle. Didnt work. Had surgery and got a 12" tube put in my leg to drain the fluid.

3. Fractured my achilies tending. My brother stomped on it with the side of his shoe.

4. Fractured my wrist. Fell on it from 4ft high rail while grinding on rollerblades.

5. Broke my left ankle. 6'7" 320lb guy landed with his knee while playing Sophmore year High School Football.

6. Broke my right ankle. Slid into 2nd base playing baseball and twisted my ankle like crazy.

7. Tore my left knee maniscus. Jr. Year Football. Big ass Sr. fell on it in a scrimage. Had 2 knee surgies.

8. Hurt my left shoulder pretty badly maxing out bench at 385lbs. Got it up before that and tried again a week later for 2 reps. 2nd rep the bar started sliding back.

9. Got an umbilical hernia. Too much stress in the gym I guess. Had surgery for it.

10. Slight tear in left pec from BB bench.


There might be a couple more that I just cant remember. But that's enough for now.

Lets see....

1. 3rd grade i was riding my motorcycle and wrecked, the clutch sliced my chest open.

2. While playing little league baseball, i was the catcher, the pitcher threw a wild pitch during warmups and busted me between the eyes. I stood up, i fell right back down! lol Looked like a racoon.

3. broke my right hand, hit the wall instead of the ex wife...now i know better, hit her next time. lol

4. 4 surgeries on my right knee, now i am permenantly partially handicapped. I just cant fully extend my right leg, so doing a right quad pose isnt possible.

5. i have been in 4 bad car accidents, worst one i was in, I broke my C6 in my neck.

6. both shoulders operated on, tore them up when i first started power lifting, the "trainer" was an idiot.

7. ALOT of stitches in my head from a car wrecks and a failed attempt at a back flip at a pool.

8. scar under my chin from when i was running from a dog that was trying to bite me, slipped and fell and busted my chin wide open...dog didnt do anything.

9. Bad lower back, from working construction, use to get injections once a week so i could walk and bend over. its ok now, i do ab work and lower back exercises and i am good to go.

10. had a vasectomy.....thats not a bad thing but i did get an infection from the stitches.

11. scar on my right eyebrow, got punched by a 9th grader. i was in the 4th. he beat me up cause i beat his little brother up.

12. married twice...lol 2nd marriage is great though. 15+ years now.

13. Tennis elbow like a mother Fkr!!

14. my big right toe has a big scar on it, i got it caught in the bicycle chain and it tore up my nail. it grew back but it is half yellow and half pink and bumpy feeling.

That should cover it. I think. I may have more but think thats enogh to list for now. lol

Anyone got advice on how to get rid of tennis elbow?

12, hit by a car broke most of the ribs on my left side while on a skateboard

13, broke most of my ribs on my right side when hit by THE SAME damn car on a bike.

17, had a hit and run with THE SAME car! never got busted

Well there's too many to list..but the most recent was at a bench meet in Columbus...I lost my concentration and dropped 625 on my throat. Talk about a miserable day at the office. Only took a couple weeks to heal and get my voice back!!
