l4t13's...I'm a piece of shit log.
ok to my brothers I'd like to introduce my "I'm a piece of shit" workout log. As almost everyone on here knows about my past and the little cycle mistake. So yea we have moved passed that and now after around 4 weeks of being out of the gym and taking in around 10 cups of coffee and only around 1000 calories a day and while getting around 3 hours of sleep a night I have decided to get back on track.
JPME is ever so kind and has been working on my custom diet and training and this log will be for that (should hve it by next week according to jp). So while I wait i went to the gym and just did some basic things today to get back into it a little before I got the real workout. Oh yea, if you dont mind lets try to keep post in here to me, my workout or just making fun of my piece of shit ass |

Bullshit workout just to get into the gym... bench 135x10x4 Incline db's 40x8x3 Straight bar curls 60x10x3 Comments:fuck me hard in the ass for taking 4 weeks off. I have a lot of work to do. |

no worries my good bro. I just went ahead and started this so i can have a little back log. Plus with not working out in 4 to 5 weeks I was worried about my strength and endurance being shitty coming back on your workout.

because once i gave up the gear (4 weeks ago) I seemed to go into depression shit where i knew i fucked up even trying gear, so i just did my pct and had to go to ohio for a week. So yea now im home and finally got back in the gym.
ive just been going through a ton of shit lately so yea im ready to get back! |

as far as taking time off, the shit sucks man... I had to take almost 5 months off after a shoulder injury in MMA training in early feb. I tried to go back many times, but everytime fucked myself up worse.... luckily I didnt lose TO MUCH size, but a ton of strength... I kept saying how I was going back, and going to start again, but my body told me different... hopefully the next 5 weeks will really help me back to alteast where I was ![]() thats why Im not even logging this one incase anyone was wondering.. Gained some fat, lost alot of strength, lost some size, sux 2 be me ![]() X
