Ok here is an update today, I'm flying to WV tuesday to visit a college for 3 days. I wont be back to next friday.
So jpme take your time on the workouts and stuff as I wont be able to use them to the 31st. |

chest/triceps bench 160x8 170x6 175x7 flys 30x8x3 pressdowns 100x15x3 decline 60x6 50x8x2 seated press 70x12x2 Comments: not bad for a first day back after 6-7 weeks off. Weights are shitty, but they will jump up as i get back into it. Did not do incline today, i couldnt, my arms and chest were dead. |
