Beast building
Yo anyone here ever read or tried Beast building by Thib over on t-nation?
read it and really liked what i saw.I am prolly goin to be startin it on sept 1. Gonna post up measurements pics and if time allows keep a log. just wanted to know if anyone here has read or tried so maybe i could get some tips pointers advice??? Thanks Peace Kartel
