Total insanity.But worth it
I am a powerlifting coach. My 50th birthday is rapidly approaching.I workout at 24 hour fitness. So I thought that I need to do something special for the big 50. The plan: workout for 24 straight hours at 24 hour fitness. Get pledges from friends, co-workers and anyone else that would care to contribute.With whatever money I collect I will give it as a college scholarship to one of my lifters.I know that it will be hard but the extra motivation of helping a kid with college will help me get through it. My birthday is March 3rd which is on a Tuesday. I plan on doing this on Friday ,March 6th so I only have to miss one day of work. My boss is fired up about this and has given me her full support. With college being so expensive these days, every little bit will help. I have been lifting for many years,so I believe that I can do this. The squats probably won't be as heavy though.lol Wish me luck.Thanks
