quick update
I haven't been lifting at all in the past two weeks...Had a bitch of a head cold, feeling real tired, hoping to jump back into it strong! I'm going to try and follow some of MILOS SARCEV's tips in those vids Marx posted...big goal will be getting 300g of protein and only really having carbs leading up to the work out, and then simple sugars right after w. the pwo shake. Gonna keep the water and vitamins high too, focus on getting more sleep, etc- lets hope i can hit the ground running! Lifts will probably be mostly compound movements. That's all
