Every day of the week man, w/ends off. chest, arms, back, delts & legs. Go cycling on saturday to push the soreness out of the legs. Sundays i go to stonehenge & pray to Thor!! LOL
I hate it if summit gets in the way of gym, if it does i go in at the w/end.

Rolling schedule- tri shoulders chest one day (push), lats biceps another day, legs another- sometimes a cardio day between, meaning kicking ass on the stairmaster, pedaling 7 or 8 miles on the arm pedaler. Hard abs on pull day, regular on push. Mild cardio on push pull and leg day. At least one day free.

I do a chest/shoulder/leg/back/ sometimes arms split.
usually 2 on, 1 off, however I usually do legs followed by a chest day, so I mostly take 2 days off, with one of those being a cardio day. Mainly 2 on, 2 off, or 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 2 off.
