What BF% would you like to be at? What weight would you like to wa;k around at?

I need to know that kinda stuff before I could give any advice.

What type of training have you been doing for the last 5 years?

What kind of split are you used to?

Kartel

To get big, but not huge

Just for general health and to look good. Beat back the changes that come with age/time.

15%

The training I've been doing is just general weight lifting. One body part per week. Triceps and biceps, one day. Legs another day. Back and chest on another and then cardio in between.

Sorry but I don't know what you mean when you say, what kind of split are you used to.

Thanks

By split he means how you split your body parts up like you just said. A better three day split would be Push (Chest, shoulders, tris) Pull (back, bi's, rear delts)
and Legs. Putting chest and back on the same day is a lot.

What is your goal for the moment? As in do you want to put on more muscle first or try and cut down some fat? It's a hell of a lot easier to do one or the other.

Thanks for the post. I'd like to put on some muscle first. I appreciate the help.
