We have them at my gym, but I never use them. I know there's plenty of good exercises you can do with them, but they're a real fad at the moment. In my city we have an all-kettle bell gym lol. You use them a lot Kartel?

They are amazing for grip strength as well as fine tuning your stabilizers.
They also are great at improving full body strength and conditioning. Check em out bro I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised. Kartel
