my training routine

Day1 Lowerbody and GPP with sandbags
Day2 Stretching and core.Jogging in morning and at night
Day3 Specialized chest,back,and shoulders Bodyweight only
Day4 repeat Day1
Day5 repeat Day2
Day6 repeat Day3
Day7 repeat Day2

Then repeat for next week.

I am solely going for strength/conditioning/mobility,and speed.

I would look into some bandwork as well bro. Maybe some Kettle ball routines and explosion drills with weights or sandbags. I run hills with sandbags and it has made me so much tougher. Bandwork is key as well. Whatever works for you, just telling you my direction.

I was looking into adding bands to the bodyweight exersises.

The GPP includes running up hills with sandbags,firemans carries and such.

I also do alot of burpees,turkish get-ups with dumbell

Please give me some more of your thoughts bro.I respect ypur input

looks pretty good bro. i used to like to vary my runs when I did them with some quarters, that added sprinting within your cardio will give you more speed and increased stamina.

I added quite a bit of bodywieght exercises as warmups to my dumbell sets and watched my strength go through the roof. people underestimate pullups and dips and such.

I switched up my routine to a big three program while i bulk up.but i am still doing GPP on the off days mixed with interval running for my cardio and conditioning.

When I get back to my cutter i will repost my new program.I think you guys will be very impressed
