ab lotion?
anyone got any input on these ab lotions like Vyo-Tech.Tryin get my abs shredded Ive got my upper abs showing no problem at this point however having harder time with lower abs. I realize there no substitute for harder training just looking for a slight short cut because getting bottom abs really being a pain in the ass
