Quick update...I bought a bottle of Universal Animal Cuts, mostly for some motivation ("Hey, if I paid 20 bucks for this crap I better to the cardio to make it at least worth some of the cash") Out of all the lean-out thermos on the market, this looked like it covered the most bases without going overboard on any one area, and I like Universal Nutrition for the most part. I'll let you boys google it for the ingrediant list.
Overall, this stuff is a double-edge sword for me. It WITHOUT DOUBT gives me extra energy, makes me feel warmer, and gives me a slight head buzz. This all makes me think that it is at the very least doing something, since you can FEEL it...As far as how well it works? Who knows...I am dropping fat nicely, but my diet and workouts are geared towards that goal anyway so there are bunch of variables to consider.
As far as the other edge of the sword though, it makes me dizzy, a bit nausas, anxious, and a bit stir-crazy. I recommended against taking this product if you're not going to work out, just because you'll be left with all of this buzz and no where to unload it! It also won't help sleep one bit, so taking it earlier in the day, esp. before workouts would be my advice. It actually has 200mg of caffeine in it which I have ceased from taking (it was just too much).
This is my first real "diet-down" though, and not suprisingly it more depressing than a bulk, and harder to stay motivated. I'm going to give it a total of a 3 week trial and then re-evaluate. I won't be buying any more Animal Cuts in this time period though-->I'll either be deciding to continue cutting, or to start a mild "summer" bulk if I feel like I've shed enough fat (summer bulk= more conservative plan for mass than an all-out winter binge) All for now, feel free to add your advice, comments, and personal status if you're dieting down like. Later boys!
