Cool Shedding Fat for Summer Thread

Well fellas,

My BF has gone up (as well as muscle, of course) a bit more than I would have liked after this winter of heavy eating and heavy lifting. I don't like to think in terms of "bulk" and "cut", but I def. would like to shed a few lbs. for the summer.

I'll be confronting the age old problem of trying to maintain as much muscle as possible while shedding a bit of BF. The foundation for fat loss, which I haven't researched nearly as much as muscle gaining, will likely be made of some intense cardio and modifications to my diet. I am going research and keep adding thoughts on the fat-loss subject to this thread in time, but the first thing I checked out was a "magic bullet". I've been reading a lot of good things about this product, but like all magic bullets, I'm very skeptical...No pill has given me even 1/10th the results of proper diet and exercise for gaining muscle, so I tend to assume the same is true for loosing fat. But hell, I'm throwing it out there...

Lipo-6

Check it out, and hopefully if other people on this board have goals similar to mine, we can build a pretty solid and honest thread for moving towards the summer body...All for now

C

There are shit-tons of magic bullets out there..."Lean Extreme" along with some other cortisol/thyroid affecting supplements looked interesting too, but I'm going to start focusing hard on the diet and cardio...maybe add one of these to the mix if I can get some reviews from trusted people out there...hint hint. Later bros

Cardio, 'the magic bullet' that only costs will and drive.

Yeah, I'm on that program to Condor, trying to burn 450 to 500 cals a day, hoping my metabolism will jump start

True...you could take StimX. It helps with energy and focus and allows you to burn cals.

I do agree though....diet and cardio. Instead of training first thing I would do cardio...then lift. Of course..opinions vary on this but for me...when I want to gain strength and weight...very little cardio and if any...always after lifting. I'd rather burn my calories building.

Good thoughts folks...I've been eating about 6 small meals a day, starting to loose a few lbs...Eeating mostly lean meats and whole grains (bread, whole grain pasta, etc) along with the normal few tablespoons of olive oil/day. It's a little depressing being a little bit hungry for 80% of the day, but COMPLETELY manageable. Hopefully the muscle will stay with me on this one...For cardio I've been hitting the bag--gets my heart rate going pretty well, but I tire easily (lack of calories that I'm used to)...I'm going to slowly increase the cardio so I can manage a decent heart rate over significant time. Still early in the leaning out trial, will report as necessary. All for now!

Yup, cutting down on carbs makes me TIRED, cardio kicks my ass. I still do it post lifting- it REALLY kicks my ass.

Been on a break- got nipped by my cat and it got all kinds of infected.
Needed surgery. Still healing. Throbs.

I'd rather win the lottery....

I use Venom by ALRI to help me with the fat loss, if I am using over the counter products... I love Clenbuterol myself...

Venom has a great appetite suppressant as well and really helps me cut weight...

Big A is an unknown quantity at this point
im currently poppin some Lipo 6x, it kills the appetite but i cant say anything else really about it im only a week into it, i dont like the fact that the outter caps leak and softens the caps on the others in the bottle. i got my diet back on track thus far so i will be able to give a lil better feedback after this week.

but yeah cardio and diet are you main things for fat loss. I used this lil stack last month that really seemed to work i was able to maintain muscle really well actually gained a lil size here and there while on it. Propadrol/Hemadrol by EST little to no sides at all and i cut 19.5lbs last month. But again diet and cardio played a big part there along with the stack.

ill help ya out any way i can good luck to ya bro
