I posted this a year ago; by no means have I been taking them for a year. I'd say they gave me a little extra energy/pump during workouts and added some water weight at 3x4tabs/day. Try them...they're an old school, CHEAP supplement that makes sense from a amino-acid/vitamin point of view.
