I use EQ ever since I ripped the acrimioclavicular tendon in my right shoulder. Come to find out that I didn't know that collagen synthesis breakdown on TEST is up to 80%. Was power lifting.....doing the big bench, and......SNAP!!!!! Out for 9-11 weeks, and ALOT of PT, and it still isn't as good. I am running 400 mg/week. I am going to always use EQ due to the diminishing effects that it has on ligaments and tendons.

Appetite increase happend around week 6 or 7 for me, Ran it for 14 weeks. Got very vascualr. I love EQ. Will def. run it again.

Lucifer is an unknown quantity at this point
you should really run it at least 14- 16 weeks to get the best benefits of it. IMO.

i got some smal anxiety attacks bout week 7-12, wasnt enjoyable
as far as vascular, somewhat, i could see more striations even with higher BF

I ran a 20 weeker with EQ at the beginning of last year.
increase appetite,inproved vasc.,and higher BP.

Overall a very good compound IMO

EQ is a VERY good compound.. I'd say almost a must for a bulker - you will NOT hesitate to eat anything in sight while on EQ. Besides that, it helps prevent injury.
