beans is an unknown quantity at this point
that is all I have heard about it, a friend of mine couldn't even lift his arm up to shoulder height and 3 days on this stuff he was doing dips with like 135lbs hanging from him. He says it just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to try it for my knee.
