You are getting too scientific.....I try and learn it like a caveman. Nolva is for Gyno sides, Clomid is for sides and helps to get your natty test going, and HCG is to get your natty test going full strength.

no they arent the same thing....
there a few new serms out including toremiphene that are going to change the way pct is done completely... atleast for those that arent to stuborn to accept change....

Ive heard of toremiphene but not sure where to get it atm. Whats the main diffrence in clomid and nolva, and I mean scientificly.

Hey hump scratch what I said about not being able to afford the clomid and nolva. I miscalculated the number of tabs im getting. Im just going to run both for post cycle therapy.

Nolva increase sthe responsiveness of LH to GnRH and clomid supposedly decreases it. Nolva and toremefine are both stronger than clomid esp. in the liver, so they're better for your lipids than clomid, which is definately a plus in pct. Let alone clomid has more sides. Everyone I've talked to that tried toremefine says it works fast as hell, so it might be worth a try.

EDIT- fot the record, I've heard nolva is still the way to go for gyno though.

So if clomid decreases the responsiveness of the LH to GnRH then wouldent clomid be bad for PCT?

Add on- If I take both togeather, since nolvadex is stronger does it cancel out clomids decreased LH responsitivness?

It's very slight if at all, but yes that would be a bit counterproductive. Clomid was the last word in PCT until Nolva sort of took it's place. But some people still swear by clomid for bringing your nuts back. Now it'll probably be onto the next big thing- Toremefine, which I've heard nothing bad about.

I'm not 100% sure, but I would imagine you would still have an increase.

Thanks for your anwers man. Im just gonna use both, since the half life is around 5-7 days I can always taper down the clomid if sides get to bad.
