Thats what I am talkin about.
Myofibrillar hypertrophy is show and ALL go!! When it comes to contractile force it isn't even close. That is why I train in the lower rep range.I try actually to mix a bit of both,so i have a bit more show but still have TONS of "go". Kartel

i usually train in the low rep range, however i think i need to change this up to about 50/50 b/c my muscle endurance when training mma just isnt there....
strength is good, but goes away quickly, i think do to the low rep training.. X

you should try adding in some GPP. General physical prepraredness.
follow this simple routine instead of some cardio on your off days. Burpees X 10 Jumping Jacks X 15 Plyo Push-ups X 20 Bodyweight squats X 25. Run this in a curcuit you goals is to do 5 curcuits in a row with no rest between curcuits. Until that time just make sure you do 5 curcuits,you decide the rest inbetween,but ultimately your goal is to reach 5 curcuits no rest. When you reach this goal LMK and I will throw some new curcuits at you. Kartel
