Thats another thing, naturally being a big guy already, im always hungry, so putting on weight, is fairly easy. Its cutting thats a total bitch for me. But to answer your ?, yeah it did a little bit. At that time I wasnt able to get blood work done for various reasons. Blood pressure was good though. I figured that with better stamina/endurance, my red blood cells did increase, by how much? who knows, sorry cant answer that.
