I'm Innocent this time lol. Anyhow, my vision is blurry so thank god I know where the keys are on the computer. I was just reading an article in Flex Magazine that says the only way to build muscle mass (pecs) that is is strictly free weights 8-12 reps. Arnold won in 2006 for the best pecs ever and he relied on only barbell presses dumbell presses, DB flies, and dips. Is that considered a small contribution. I have been back in the gym now for almost 3 weeks and I am more syked then I have ever been before. I dont have great genetics but IMO I dont think Genetics matter when it comes to this lifestyle. I have said this a number of times in my other posts. My mother is 4'11" 95 lbs and my father is 5'6" 120 and has never been over 140. So you see the frame is small. I will tell you I have surpassed everyone in my entire family. brothers,uncles,cousins, and grandfathers this past sumer before work picked up. I am only 5'7" myself and had a goal of hitting 200 lbs. Ha what a joke. I want to hit 250 now. Only because I came very close to my goal this sumer before work swamped me into exhaustion daily. Anyhow, AJ, I need some HCG advice for my girls HCG diet. Look at my thread, Thanks Bro
