Excellent post! I agree I dont post alot of specifics rather than just read through for info or reply if its something I have dealt with or have opinion on.I really have been slacking on training other than circuit training and working up a sweat on the mat.Been doing really well on diet though minus a cheat day.But still trying cut some weight before I start bulking so staying under 2,200 cal and 80/10/10. So much fish im going crazy because its cheap and im broke hope i dont get mercury poisoning lol
