I finished out my bottle of this stuff a while ago, but never gave a final report. It was an odd supplement indeed. Overall, I did feel like it relaxed me a bit, almost gave me a slight buzz and gave me song extra energy in the gym---almost like it took away that "i just sat at a desk for 8 hours" feeling. As far as increase in mass/gains, etc, I would say that it didn't really add anything that wouldn't come with lifting at the intensity I was lifting at...so, was it:
Tongkat-->lifting-->gains or
Tongkat-->gains.
Probably the first, but it was still worth trying.
